Online Payments is a convenient service from O& L Training. It allows you to initiate payments electronically from your PC any time of day. Online Payments also provides access to your Online Payments payment history and e-mail communication to our Customer Service staff.

- Why does the session timeout?
After 15 minutes of inactivity (no movement from page to page), the Session Timeout page prompts you to sign on again. This is for your security.

- How am I guaranteed my personal information is secure?
The Online Payments application is hosted within a secure firewall environment and only accessible by establishing and inputting a User ID and Password.

- What if my personal information changes?
Our Update Preferences screen allows you to change your email address and password.
Other personal information changes such as name and/or address should be changed by contacting our customer service group. All methods to contact us are listed on the contact us page, which is linked on every page on the site.

- Will I receive any E-mail notifications?
Yes. You will receive an email notification when you enroll, when you schedule a payment, when your payment is submitted for processing, and if it is returned to us by your financial institution.

You don't need to re-enter you persoanl information each time you purchase our products. And there are benefits for registered members. back to top

- What type of funding account do I need for Online Payments?
Any checking account can be used for funding your Online Payments payments.

- Can I obtain proof of payment?
All Online Payments payments are displayed on your View Payments page. You can use this information as proof of payment.

- What happens if I set up a payment and do not have sufficient funds in my funding account?
If you do not have sufficient funds when your payment is scheduled to post, your bank may return the electronic payment and we will reverse it from your account.

- What happens if my payment request is not completed on time or correctly?
If Online Payments does not complete a payment request on time or correctly, we will waive any late fees as long as your account was current prior to this incident.

- Can I view my Online Payments payment history?
Yes. This information is available from the time you enroll in Online Payments and is viewable on your payment history page. Up to 12 months of Online Payment Solutions history will be available for viewing.

- Why can't I cancel a payment the day before the schedule date?
We start the payment process the day before your scheduled date in order for it to be debited to your account on the correct day. It takes a full day to process your payment, and once this process starts, you are no longer able to cancel that payment.

- Can I cancel a payment?
Yes, as long as you do so at least 1 full business day in advance of the payment date you selected. Go to the View Payments screen and click the Cancel link to cancel the payment.

- What happens if I am late making a payment?
You are able to make a payment towards your account after the due date; however you will be subject to any late charge provisions that apply to your account.

- Can I use Online Payments and sometimes pay by check?
Yes. If it is more convenient for you to send a check you can do so. Please refer to the mailing address on the Contact Us page.

- What happens if I am scheduling a payment, and the session times out before I finish?
When your session times out, it resets all information that has not yet been saved. If you have not completed your payment information, you must sign on again and re-enter it. Your successfully completed payment will be displayed to you on the Payment Confirmation page along with a Payment Tracking Number.
